Overview of Health & Lifestyle Coaching Programs

Like most of us, you have probably tried a variety of approaches to managing your weight and stress, and may even have managed to do well on some for a few weeks or even months. However, the emphasis such approaches place on willpower, deprivation and denial is both unnecessary and counter-productive. The reality is that, unless you have a plan that is practical, works with your lifestyle, and takes your individuality into account, it will not last. I can help you to create such a plan.

The goals of health & lifestyle coaching are to radically improve your life, to resolve concerns specific to you and your body, and to provide you with tools for a lifetime of balance. We will work together on finding not only the right foods for your body, but also on what, in the other areas of your life, feeds you at the deepest levels. This unique approach provides meaningful, lasting results.

In our first consultation we will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals. We will be able to see if we are a good match and if this approach will work for you. Typical Program Components

Typical program components include:

  • Two, one-hour sessions a month, including detailed recommendations
  • Food samples, recipes, kitchen accessories, and self-care products
  • Hands-on cooking classes that focus on quick and easy recipes
  • A health food store tour and invitations to other special events
  • Books, handouts, a magazine subscription, and other audio materials
  • Monthly e-newsletter
  • Weekly e-recipes

Conventional approaches and weight management present you with food restrictions and limitations that are difficult to sustain over time. Such quick fixes do nothing to help you achieve life-long wellness nor do they bring out the body’s natural inclination toward balance. Together, we will introduce new and healthful foods and activities, gently and slowly. As you start to feel better, these habits have a natural tendency to take hold and ease out the less healthful ones.

As you become more physically fit, other areas of your life such as relationships, career and creativity start to improve. You will naturally begin to crave those foods and activities that make you feel better, and to make time in your life for those things that are truly important to you.

6-Month Program

Program Length: 12 sessions scheduled over a six month period

Total Cost for all coaching sessions, classes and materials: $1,770 to $2,370*

Forms of Payment Accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express, personal check

Program Length: 6 sessions scheduled over a three month period

Total Cost for all coaching sessions, classes and materials: $1,050 to $1,185*

Partner Programs

Sign-up to do the 3-Month or 6-Month program with a one or two other friends, family members or your significant other, and save! You will all meet with me together, and you'll each receive the same support and program benefits.

Total Per Person Cost for all coaching sesions, classes and materials:

3-Month program: $450 to $585**

6-Month program: $900 to $1,170**

Educational Training and Seminars
Interactive, hands-on learning, designed to actively engage participants in thinking for themselves and learning how to listen to the body. Sample workshops include: Eating to Energize Your Life, Finding Balance in a Stressful Life, Managing the Sugar Blues, You Are Your Business, and many more.
