The Total Leadership program is designed to increase business results and enrich lives through application of leadership and communication skills. Health Catalyst offers this program in collaboration with its founder, Stew Friedman, a faculty member at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a founding director of the Wharton Leadership Program. The unique and proven Total Leadership approach is based on Dr. Friedman's years of research and consulting practice in both leadership development and work/life integration, as well as his direct experience building the global leadership development program as a senior executive at Ford Motor Company.
