This innovative, skill-building, experiential course is designed to help you clarify, and accelerate the realization of, your life vision and goals by teaching you how to:
(1) Clarify what's important (your life vision, core values and beliefs, and what you want for your life in the next 20 years);
(2) Recognize and respect your whole person (through learning to integrate all areas of your life: home, work, community, and self); and
(3) Continually experiment with how you achieve your goals.
As you learn to become more authentic, creative, and full of integrity, you'll also be giving others feedback and coaching, and receiving it in return from at least three people on each course assigment: a peer also taking the class, a member of the Total Leadership alumni community, and the instructor.
The innovative exercises that form the core curriculum of the course, along with multi-faceted feedback, will help you to:
(1) Learn essential leadership and communication skills to help you realize your vision
(2) Build stronger relationships with the key people in all areas of your life (work, home, and community) to conduct your in-class experiments
(3) Leave with greater clarity and practical skills to take your next big step in life, grow your practice or business, and life your life to its fullest.
